Event-specific details including dates, location, venue, schedule, pricing, and payment deadlines are published on hrexhale.com and incorporated into these terms by reference. By registering for any HR Exhale event, you agree to both these general terms and the event-specific details in effect at the time of your registration.
HR Exhale is a professional leadership retreat produced by Sol Trips LLC DBA HR Exhale. Registration covers the specific experiences listed on hrexhale.com for the event at the time of purchase. Hotel accommodations, travel, and incidentals are not included unless explicitly stated.
Registration fees are due at the time of booking. A payment plan option may be available for select events. All balances must be paid in full by the payment deadline published on hrexhale.com for your event. Failure to complete payment by the published deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
All payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another HR professional within 5 business days of the retreat start date. To initiate a transfer, contact hello@hrexhale.com.
Day pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
HR Exhale reserves the right to adjust the schedule, speakers, venues, or programming with reasonable notice. In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by HR Exhale, registered attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Sol Trips LLC DBA HR Exhale is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health events, or travel disruptions.
HR Exhale is a professional, inclusive environment. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the experience of others, without refund.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation in retreat activities.
HR Exhale does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Participation is at your own discretion.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. Sol Trips LLC DBA HR Exhale is not responsible for travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, or any associated costs.
Sol Trips LLC is not liable for travel delays, personal injury, loss of property, or any damages arising from attendance. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and insurance.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the event.
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
All HR Exhale content, branding, materials, and programming are the property of Sol Trips LLC. All rights reserved. Attendees may not reproduce, record, or distribute retreat content without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
When you register for a retreat, join our email list, or submit an inquiry, we collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, job title, company, and payment information. We also collect information automatically through analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel, which track how visitors interact with our site.
We use your information to process your registration, communicate retreat logistics, send email updates you've opted into, and improve our marketing. We process your information based on your consent, to fulfill our contractual obligations, and for legitimate business interests such as improving our services and marketing.
We do not sell or share your personal information.

We use the following services which may process your data: Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email), Netlify (site hosting and form processing), Google Analytics/Ads, and Meta. Each has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
